Trustee Care Clinic is one of the best walk-in clinics of its kind. I’m a Canadian citizen but no longer a resident; when I’m back visiting family, needing to renew a non-narcotic prescription can be a major hassle without a GP and OHIP. Trustee Care has taken the pain out of it, which ! appreciate more than words: easy, efficient, and low-drama, while still keeping everything professional is a fantastic combo.

The front desk staff are always super kind and helpful. You never know if it’s going to be a busy day or a quiet one, but when l’ve had to wait, they’ve given me a rough time to come back – which is very gracious. Instead of sitting there for an hour, l’ve been able to go run errands and return when it’s closer to my turn. It’s a small gesture, but it makes a big difference.

The doctors are great-skilled, compassionate, and a pleasure to deal with. Also, not to be extra, but one of the doctors happens to be quite handsome – I’m not saying that detail is relevant to this review bevond beina an eniovable bonus

I’m a lucky girl !! 4 the 1st time in my life i feel like i am finally getting the care i need & I’m in happy tears. My family Dr is heading in another direction in his career so i knew i had to find another but who can these day’s til i stumbled upon Trusty Clinic. Imo..l have met thee most wonderful Dr. I call him Dr Mohamad he’s ahhhmazzzing !! He treated me with such care & respect no different than a family Dr would & extremely professional. Then i met Maanie…Nicole & another lovely young lady & these girls are awesome !!

Then there’s Hany the owner of the pharmacy who went above & beyond 4 me & WOW beyond thee most wonderful staff i have ever met !!

Caring…fun & understanding. Plus u get everything u need…An amazing DR who i can’t thank enough 4 taking the time with me & most of all helping me !! Something i have been suffering from for months BOOM DONE a plan in motion BOY i wish i came here long ago instead of suffering in silence. Plus you get your meds..bloodwork…referrals u need all at one place YES PLZ no need at least 4 me to go anywhere else !! This was my first time using a walk-in clinic in Ontario, and I really liked my experience. I’ve been here 5-6 times for pre employment immunity, blood tests, and vaccines, and for everything went smoothly each time.

The clinic is often busy, but all the staffs are really wonderful – very friendly and helpful. Most of the days I found clinic is busy with less chairs but still I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor.

Special thanks to Baljinder – always greet with smiling face and Nicole at reception, they’re so approachable and kind. Dr. Adrian is also great-really good patient care and knowledgeable, and he handled my vaccines smoothly. The doctors clearly looked after our concerns.

There were a few times I found the clinic had to close a little early because of a high number of patients, but that’s totally understandable since patient care and safety cannot be comprised Overall, I felt well looked after and really impressed with care. I would definitely recommend this walk on clinic to evervonel
